2019 Double Thai.P.A. and Variants
As soon as available we will release information regarding the 4 Double Thai Day variants for 2019.
A double version of our Thai.P.A. boasting more of that citrus spice flavor, a super intense hop line-up, and much more punch. we upped the lemongrass, kafir lime leaf, and galangal to add more of that citrus spice flavor. spices mingle with amarillo and centennial hops to create a unique balance with american 2-row barley, crystal malt, and rice with a crisp, dry finish.
Double Dry Hopped Double Thai
We took our regular Double Thai and switched up the dry hopping process. We dry hopped with mosaic, citra, and Simcoe hops but then, did it twice! The result is big tropical and juicy hop aromas that attempt to overpower the Thai citrus spices.
Thai Haze DIPAA
A double IPA brewed with Thai spices and fermented with a specialty yeast strain. We added large additions of El Dorado and Citra hops post boil as well as during and after fermentation to infuse big hop aromas and flavors.
A Double IPA brewed with milk sugar, thai spices, Mango, Coconut and vanilla bean.
Thai session is a delicious, crisp, summer ale conditioned on red raspberries and ripe mango chunks. Lemongrass, galangal, and lime leaf are added late in the boil to infuse citrus Thai flavors that play nicely with the fruit. The result is delicate, refreshing beer fit for any occasion clocking in at 4.8%
